By using QRGen (the “Service”), operated by Tony Web Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Using QRGen
- QRGen is free to use for personal and commercial purposes.
- QR codes you generate belong to you. You may use, print, and distribute them freely, including commercially.
- You are responsible for the content you encode and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRGen to create codes that link to or contain unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content (including malware, phishing, or content that infringes others’ rights). We may restrict access where the Service is misused.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep QRGen reliable and accurate, we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every generated code will scan on every device. Always test your code before printing or publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QRGen.
Third-party links and ads
QRGen may display advertising and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Online Payments QR codes
QRGen offers QR types (Bank Account / Raast, Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay) that encode payment account details you enter — such as your account title and IBAN — into a QR code using the Raast / EMVCo format. These features are provided for convenience only. QRGen and Tony Web Studio are not a bank, payment institution, money-services business, payment processor, or an agent, partner, or affiliate of Raast, the State Bank of Pakistan, Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or any financial institution or wallet provider.
We do not process, receive, hold, transfer, settle, or route any funds, and we have no involvement in, visibility into, or control over any transaction made using a code you generate. A generated payment QR code is only an image that encodes the details you supplied; it does not authorize, guarantee, or effect any payment.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for scanning and verifying your generated code with your own banking or wallet app to confirm it resolves to the correct account before printing, displaying, or sharing it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRGen and Tony Web Studio accept no liability for incorrect, outdated, or mistyped details, misdirected or failed transfers, fraudulent or altered codes, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the creation, use, display, or sharing of a payment QR code. Any dispute regarding a payment is solely between the sender, the recipient, and their respective financial institutions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
